Hire a project manager to run your bathroom remodeling project
Now that you have your plans for remodeling your bathroom sorted out and you have received all of the necessary regulatory permissions it's time to decide how you are going to realise your dream bathroom and toilet remodel.
If you are a bathroom contractor, remodeling your own bathroom may be second nature but if this isn't your calling then you are going to have to rely on other people to get the job done.
One of the best and most common ways to proceed with your new bathroom design is to hire a project manager who will in turn hire subcontractors and oversee the work as it progresses. Sounds good doesn't it? Well it has to be better than doing all the work yourself or hiring an army of subcontractors yourself. It will probably be more expensive but well worth it even for a small bathroom remodel.
This may be an easier option than some of the others but don't be fooled into thinking that it will be easy because it won't be. You have to find a suitable manager that has time to do your project and remember that you will be placing a lot of trust in this person so you want to get the right one.
Document your plans and requirements
You should write down your plans in as much detail as you can including any drawings that you've made and then ask at least three contract managers to tender for the job. You should ask around at showrooms and builders merchants for recommendations before you send your tender to anyone because you will get a better feel for who is good and who is not this way.
