Place successive anchor strips around the arm and forearm, proximal
and distal to the elbow. The proximal anchor will be more effective if placed
above the belly of the biceps.
Form an X over the anterior surface of the joint with four
successive strips of tape.
Crimp the center of the X to increase the tape strength and
decrease the amount of elbow extension. Apply anchor strips over the proximal
