Order Process - Offer of Acceptance
By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order. A binding legal contract is formed between you and www.tradeplumbing.co.uk when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or other agreed means that your order has been accepted and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
To be eligible to purchase products on the Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Website under English law you must:
- Be over the age of 18 years,
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment
details and other requested information;
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box
numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card.
www.tradeplumbing.co.uk accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos with theSECPay &PayPal system.
www.tradeplumbing.co.uk reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Supply Of Goods
If for any reason that goods may take longer than 30 days to be in your receipt we will notify the customer. If this very rare event should arise, then you have the choice to either wait for the goods to arrive or request a complete refund.
We will illustrate clearly the period in which any special offers are to start and for which time they must terminate. Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price.
If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee. Please note: all our items sold are designed forUK installation only.
Delivery
www.tradeplumbing.co.uk prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
All orders to Mainland UK will be sent via road delivery.Delivery charge to Mainland UK will be notified within PayPal shopping cart system. Normally boilers are £25, Towel rails £15, Taps £10 - £15. All this is depending on how many items are purchased.
There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Please note that we can only deliver products within England, Scotland and Wales and it may not be possible to deliver to some locations. All deliveries are by third party carriers. If you are not able to take delivery of the products, depending on the carrier used, your goods will either be stored at the depot nearest to your address until you can collect them or the carrier will attempt to redeliver the goods to your address.
www.tradeplumbing.co.uk endeavour to deliver within 3-14 working days from receipt of your order (delivery time of special items may take longer). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, www.tradeplumbing.co.uk will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.

UNTIL YOU ARE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS AND ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME PLEASE SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED / UNCHECKED.FAILURE TO DO SO MAY AFFECT ANY CLAIMS THAT YOU MAKE THERE AFTER.
You must notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the courier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. If the package does not appear to be in good condition and it is clear to see that the goods are damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately via e-mail.
If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter
You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you accepting goods and signing a delivery note without checking the goods for carrier damage.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery Of Pallet Items
Heavy or very delicate items i.e. boilers or pottery are delivered by pallet to ensure these items arrive safely to our customers.
This notice has been provided to inform our valued customers of the companys procedure we have had to implement to ensure your order arrives to you intact.
After your order has been processed and has been placed with our suppliers, they can provide the goods to us within 3-14 working days normally. There are cases in which the delivery time can be up to 4-6 weeks for special orders.
If you do find yourself in a position that your requirements are URGENT then please inform us and we will do our up most to fore fill your requests.
Time after time we unfortunately have had bad experiences with goods arriving to customers marked, soiled, broken or in several pieces. To prevent this from happening any more, we have shopped relentlessly to find a competent courier company that would provide both us and the customer with goods that will arrive intact together with a personal service.
This proved to be more of a challenge than anticipated and in doing so, we found that certain restrictions would have to be applied:
-Total time taken for goods to arrive will be 3-14 working days is in stock
(although this may take longer if the item is a special order )
-Furniture can only be despatched every Thursday
Deliveries are made to the nearest hard road point and for the avoidance of doubt we are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and not to bring them into a property or install them.
The driver will break down the pallet and move the individual items to a single location of your choice, at or near to the property entrance. The drivers may be prepared to assist with moving the items into the property but this is entirely at their discretion, they are not obliged to do this.
The delivery will be made by a single driver, so if the items you have ordered are heavy please ensure that an able bodied person is available to assist the driver with the carrying.
For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot carry heavy items on his own.
Cancellation Of Orders
If you wish to change or cancel an order then you should contact us as shown below. We will endeavour to act on your request but we may have already placed your order with our supplier and customisation of the goods may have commenced or arrangements may be been made to send the goods out to you. If this is the case then we cannot always cancel the order. To change or cancel an order, e-mail us immediately at sales@tradeplumbing.co.uk
Exceptions of the right to cancel your order relate to products that have been custom made to the consumers specification and /or clearly personalised to a special specification.
To cancel you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting:
- Customer Name
- Order Number
- Date of the order
- Details of the change or cancellation
- eBay ID (if applicable)
If your order is unable to be cancelled for the reasons provided above please follow the procedure set out in our Returns policy below.
Special Order Items i.e. whirlpool baths, bespoke towel rails,electric only towel rails and special order ceramics and tiles will be subject to re-stocking charges which will vary on products (10-30%).
Returns / Money Back Guarantee
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of delivery charge / return postage providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods (unused and unfitted) by Royal Mail special delivery or by Courier if goods had been delivered so by us.
If you would like to return the goods you have received you may do so but you must let us know within 7 days from thedate you receive the goods. It is from this time we have 30 days to reimburse your funds but in most cases we can refund before this time. We are not in breach of contract until this time has elapsed and will not absorb the cost of returned items.
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reasons you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, www.tradeplumbing.co.uk will give you a full refund excluding cost of postage provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail Special delivery or otherwise as stated above), within 7 days of you having received them.
Please note:we do not carry costs for returns. All returned items should be returned unused, and with all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
Regarding delivery of damaged or faulty goods: Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty.
Do not sign for them if damaged or faulty and refuse the delivery.
If you inform us within 3 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will generally replace them on site. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
