Product Characteristics

RADIK KLASIK is a steel panel radiator in KLASIK version which allows left or right side connection to a gravity-fed or pressurized heating system. Two upper and two lower hangers are welded at the back of the radiator. Radiators 1 800 mm long and longer have six welded hangers. Each RADIK KLASIK radiator comes complete with factory fitted top grille and side panels. Every radiator is supplied with painted concealed brackets, directional air vent, plug, fixing screws and wall plugs. Each radiator has two upper and lower hangers welded on the back. Radiators with length 1800mm and longer have six hangers. Heat outputs of the steel panel radiator RADIK Klasik were measured in accordance with EN 442 in an accredited laboratory.

Guarantee and Quality

Each radiator is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of sale from leakage, the manufacture also guarantees for the stated heat outputs. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for deformation or damage caused during unqualified transport, handling or storage.RADIK Klasik radiators are certified for using national quality mark BSI, The ISO 9001:2000 quality management system guarantees an excellent and long-lasting quality of products and services.

Packaging

Each radiator has corrugated card on the top and bottom edges, with plastic protective corners and its covered in polyethylene shrink wrap.

Finish

The surface is done in three stages:

1. Preparatory treatment - degreasing, phosphate, rinsing
2. Basic paint - cataphoretic treatment guarantees anti-corrosive resistance and excellent adhesive, mechanical and chemical features
3. Epoxy-polyester powder coat in RAL 9010 White as standard, other colours available on request.
